Ingredients
1 ½ lb strawberries
4 eggs
1¼ cup salad oil
3 cup flour
1½ cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease loaf pans. In a medium bowl, stir strawberries (chopped), eggs, and oil. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nuts. Add strawberry mixture and stir till blended.
Pour into pans. Bake for one hour.
