Currently Accepting Applications for the 2027 Season

Applications accepted: February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Toledo Farmers' Market!

Our markets are thoughtfully curated to provide a diverse selection of local farmers, growers, producers, artisans, and food vendors. To ensure a fair and consistent process for everyone, all vendor applications are reviewed once each year by our Board of Directors and New Vendor Committee.

How the Vendor Approval Process Works

Applications for each market season are accepted from February 1 through January 31.

Example:

  • Applications submitted between February 1, 2026 and January 31, 2027 will be reviewed for the 2027 market season.

  • Applications received after January 31 will automatically be considered for the following market season.

Please Note:

  • All applications are reviewed after the January 31 deadline.

  • Reviewing all applications together allows the New Vendor Committee to build a balanced market while maintaining fairness for all applicants.

  • Vendors are not approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • No applications are reviewed during the market season.

  • In fairness to all applicants, exceptions cannot be made after the application deadline.

  • Applications submitted with missing information will not be considered.

  • Toledo Farmers' Market (Downtown Market)

Annual Rental Fee:  $425 (if space available)

Daily Rental Fee:      $45 with a $600 Maximum 

  • Westgate Market (at Franklin Park Mall Sylvania Ave. entrance)

Annual Rental Fee: $260

Daily Rental Fee:     $30

Food Vendors

Vendors selling food products are responsible for obtaining all required permits and licenses before participating in the market.
