Ingredients
6 tbs. olive oil
3 tbs. sugar
rice vinegar
3 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. olive oil
3oz.package of Asian noodles from soup mix
½ c. slivered almonds
2 tbs. sesame seeds
10 oz spinach
1 bunch chopped green onions
Preparation
Whisk olive oil, sugar, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil
Add 1-3 oz. package of Asian noodles from soup mix (after coarsely breaking them) ½ c. slivered almonds, and 2 tbs. sesame seeds
Stir until all are toasted and golden, about 8 minutes. Pour contents into a large bowl and cool
Add 10 oz spinach and 1 bunch chopped green onions and toss with enough dressing to coat
